Childrens 'games' cupboard (lots of board games/cards/snap/ jigsaws etc, and our Sofia-Villa Holiday Activity Pack). We have tried to cater for all ages of children, from Telly Tubby Tiddlywinks up to Strategic games for the young teens.

Fully equipped kitchen with high and low cupboards Kitchen tiled up to ceiling. Breakfast bar with 2 bar stools, electric oven / hob, fridge freezer and washing machine, toaster, kettle, microwave,iron and ironing board. Plenty of crockery : plates /cereal bowls/cups/mugs/serving dishes/pans/ drinking glasses /cutlery and plastic cups and plates for children's use. With regard to washing , there is clothes maiden and pegs in the outside storage area. 2 x family sized picnic/ cooler bags with plenty of picnic crockery/ cutlery/tupperware.

Master bedroom: double bed, 2 sets of drawers, 2 x bedside lamps and 2 double fitted wardrobes
Second bedroom : double bed , 1 set of drawers , 1 x bedside lamp. En suite bathroom consisting of corner shower, washbasin and toilet.
Third and Fourth bedroom: 2 x twin beds , 1 set of drawers, 1 x bedside lamp , 1 x single fitted wardrobe

Includes sink, toilet , bidet, bath with integral shower with chrome and pine Bathroom fittings and kids bath toys.
Patio/ Pool /beach equipment
8 x white patio chairs .1 x white circular + 1white oval x patio table + sun umbrellas and stands 2 x green adjustable sun beds. 2 x cushioned reclining sunbathing chairs. 2 x low reclining beach chairs. BBQ . Variety of childrens pool inflatables / floats. Paddling pool , bucket and spades,soft beach balls, bat and ball sets etc . All of the above is found in the external storage area .
