A 20% deposit of required on booking our villa and the balance of your holiday payment is required no later than four weeks before your departure date from uk .  Full information pack / directions /places to go  etc  and free gift for children , will be provided after balance of payment is received.

The property is managed by a friendly  English speaking management company (Nick and Sarah).  please visit their website direct to book additional services  ( airport collection / golf bookings/ food welcome packs/ car hire ) Or, alternatively, let us know what services you require and we will book with Nick and Sarah on your behalf.

Terms & Conditions of booking:

Holiday Deposit: 20% non -refundable deposit ( 20% based on  total  rental charge)  will be required at the time of booking.The full balance to be paid no later than  four weeks prior to  departure.

Cancellations:  If cancellation occurs within four weeks of departure then the full rental charge is forfeited. This is usually covered by your holiday insurance. You need to book your holiday insurance separately , this is not covered in the the villa rental prices .

arrival/ departure times : Unless otherwise arranged with ourselves, you must  vacate the property on your last day no later than 11am , and the earliest you can access the property on arrival is 4.00 pm , this is to allow for cleaning and linen change etc.

Smoking Policy : We operate a no smoking policy with the villa for the comfort of all our guests

Additional  Deposit :  £50.00 additional deposit is required at the time of balance of payment .This  covers for lost or unreturned keys , breakages to villa contents or damage to the villa itself. Also after your departure ,  the villa will  be checked and cleaned . If we recieve notification from the cleaners that they intend to charge us extra for what they consider to be 'excessive cleaning ' due to the villa being left in an unacceptable condition , then we reserve the right to retain all or part of the deposit amount . The deposit (in full /or part ) will be returned to you only as long as we are satisfied that the villa has been left in good order, and once we have received the villa keys back. In the event that the number of persons staying at the villa exceeds 8 ,and this is without prior permission from ourselves , then we also reserve the right to retain all or part of the deposit .

Linen/bath towels/cleaning/laundry : Bed linen and bath towels are provided .You will however need to provide your own beach towels.  Preparation prior to arrival and cleaning of the villa are  included in the weekly rental price .However , laundry of bath towels and bed linen are not included in the weekly rental price . The price for this is £5.00 per person. If you require extra 'mid holiday clean/linen change ' due to a longer stay , then this will be extra . This is to be paid for at the time of balance of payment .  

Important notice : The villa is situated on a quiet residential estate, ideal for relaxing family and golfing holidays . Whilst some of the villas are used as holiday homes / holiday lets, some of the properties are home to local residents . We therefore ask you to respect our  neighbours , with regard to noise levels of music / use of bad language outside the villa and around the pool , excessive noise if returning to the villa at unsocial hours etc.  We don't want to sound 'Victorian' with our requests , and we understand that the Villa is being rented for holiday use and you are there to enjoy yourselves , but please bear the above points in mind and enjoy the Villa and the surrounding estate in a respectful way .  

Flights and holiday insurance : Flights and holiday insurance will need to be booked separately and we advise that you book early
